Brunch: CRAFTkitchen (Henderson, NV)
Surprise surprise! Yet another foodie post — and I know it’s not of the other places I went to in Atlanta, but this one is much anticipated for me! You see, I’ve been absolutely dying to eat at CRAFTkitchen here in Henderson and I finally got my chance (I also made it to brunch so I was extra stoked about that). My mama-in-law, Rhea, is in town and for brunch we took her here.
Rhea got the Craft Benedict while James and I split the Carnitas Omelet and the Apple Cobbler Pancakes. Now let me just say, I came here with some seriously high expectations and honestly this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I love wholesome, made from scratch comfort foods and CRAFTkitchen most certainly serves up some of the finest there is to offer. Everything was superb, very well made and perfectly plated.
My favorite things about each dish are as follows: the thick Niman Ranch ham and the zesty citrus Hollandaise sauce made the CRAFT Benedict extra delectable, the cobbler crumble, caramel sauce, and the whipped cream were perfection on the Apple Cobbler Pancakes, and lastly my favorite things about the Carnitas Omelet were the avocado salsa and the carnitas (so sooo good together).
Of all the places to eat in Las Vegas and Henderson this is one place you’ve definitely got to try. Whether you’re craving healthy clean eats, savory comfort food, or fresh baked goods and espresso this place has you covered.
